CANCELLATION POLICY
Luminé Studios Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, a 20% booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your 20% deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will also result in the forfeiture of your 20% deposit. A new 20% deposit will be required to book another appointment after a late cancellation or no-call/no-show.
